Asking The Right Questions…

Creating More Choice.

WORK WITH Evan

Individual

Many people find themselves repeating patterns that no longer serve them or feeling stuck between who they are and how they want to live. My approach to individual therapy combines meaningful insight with practical skill-building, helping clients understand the patrerns shaping their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing the tools needed to create lasting, values-driven change. The goal is not simply to feel better, but to exercise more choice in how life takes shape.

Couples

Much of the conflict couples face is not rooted in bad intentions, but in the collision of two different personalities. My approach helps partners build neccessary skills in helping to understand the deeper patterns driving tension, translate communication more accurately, and transform recurring conflict into greater connection, compassion, and intimacy.

Group

Group therapy offers a powerful opportunity for healing through social connection, providing a space where clients can feel less alone and can grow through shared experience. In addition to the support that naturally develops in a community, group work helps strengthen communication, boundaries, emotional awareness, and other essential social skills that often translate into healthier relationships outside the therapy room. At times, groups may also be organized around a specific theme or area of focus, creating a more intentional space for growth around topics such as anxiety, grief, relationships, identity, personal development.
